Welcome to Pak Sim Data! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our mobile application under the Playstore console account name Blue Lock Solution.
By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not use our application.
1. License
Blue Lock Solution grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the app strictly in accordance with these terms and conditions.
2. Use of the App
2.1 Restrictions: You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the app.
- Use the app for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these terms and conditions.
- Use the app to harm, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise offend others.
2.2 Updates: The app is currently available on Android – the requirements for the system (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you'll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Blue Lock Solution does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android version that you have installed on your device.

4. Third-Party Services
The app may display, include or make available third-party content (including data, information, applications, and other products services) or provide links to third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Blue Lock Solution shall not be responsible for any third-party services, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality, or any other aspect thereof. Blue Lock Solution does not assume and shall not have any liability or responsibility to you or any other person or entity for any third-party services.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these terms and conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Blue Lock Solution, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the app; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the app; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our app by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the app; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party. In no event shall Blue Lock Solution’s aggregate liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you paid, if any, for accessing the app.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Blue Lock Solution and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of (a) your use and access of the app, by you or any person using your account and password; (b) a breach of these terms, or (c) content posted on the app.
8. Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
9. Governing Law
